Get to know me

I firmly believe that no company can grow sustainably without strong human foundations.
That belief has been shaped by over 10 years of HR experience in diverse, fast-paced, multicultural, and often international environments.

My journey has led me to support companies such as SonarSource, Amaris Consulting, Schneider Electric, and STMicroelectronics through key phases of their transformation.

At SonarSource, I supported the company during an exceptional scale-up phase: we grew from 80 employees across 3 countries to over 600 people in more than 20 countries.
I built and structured the entire global HR function, opened HR operations in 15+ countries (payroll, compliance, registrations, processes, tools), and established the foundations to support a growth rate of 150+ hires per year.
This work helped strengthen the organization ahead of a major $412 million funding round, which brought the company into the unicorn club, with a valuation of $4.7 billion.

Before that, at Amaris Consulting — a fast-growing international consulting firm with 6,000 employees — I managed the HR operations of a 250+ employee scope in France and abroad.
I provided day-to-day support to managers, structured contract practices, managed payroll, onboarding and training, and led a small HR team.

I also worked in large, complex industrial environments such as Schneider Electric and STMicroelectronics, where I led strategic HR projects (digital training, quality systems, ISO compliance) and helped optimize processes in multi-site and multicultural contexts.

This journey has given me both a strategic and hands-on HR vision, with the ability to structure quickly, support growth, and adapt processes to real-world operational needs.

Today, I bring that experience to startups, scale-ups, and SMBs through Pyreneo HR.

Why Pyreneo

Pyreneo was born from my love of the mountains. I spend much of my free time exploring the Pyrenees, often with my two huskies by my side — climbing iconic peaks or following quieter trails.
The mountains inspire me: they require commitment, preparation, composure, and above all, a clear vision of the path ahead.

That’s the same approach I bring to HR.
Every company has its own journey, its own terrain.
My role is to be a reliable partner on your rope team — here to help you structure, secure, and gain altitude without ever losing sight of what matters most: the people behind your adventure.
